Expert

Can be understood as one “folder” of knowledge. When chatting, you usually chat with one expert. This chat will have all the knowledge of this specific expert. We are working on enabling chats with multiple experts at the same time.

Role-Rights can be managed on expert-level. In a workspace, a expert can be private, and only some users of the workspace get access to this private expert.

Files

Website

Web resources from websites that make up the knowledge base of an expert. Websites are scraped to add them to the knowledge base. Scraping can use the site structure by utilizing a sitemap for scraping. Alternatively, our system can also perform a tree search on a website to identify all pages.

User

A user of the platform. Can have several roles: Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer.

Owners can perform every action in a workspace.
