Respeak offers a software platform to design digital experts who answer questions from employees or customers in everyday language about an organisation's existing information material. Our system transforms imported documents into a dynamic knowledge base.
The ease with which editorial adjustments can be made to the available information and the answers provided is a particular advantage. Interactions with the system can be tracked in anonymised form. Respeak is available as a web app for both mobile and desktop systems. The system has a modern, interactive interface that can be used to quickly and easily ask questions or provide introductions or onboarding.
The Respeak technologies are based on 3.5 years of research by the two founders at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). Our leading scientific expertise has been proven in over 20+ scientific publications in 10+ international journals and conferences. Our biggest customers include SWR and Deutsche Bahn.

A dialogue window will appear (see screenshot). If you already have a Respeak account, enter your account details and log in. Alternatively, you can also log in with your existing Google or Microsoft account.
If you don't have a Respeak account yet, select ‘Register’, enter an email address and a password of your choice. To verify your e-mail address, we will send you a six-digit code by e-mail, which you must enter in the next window. And now you have created your Respeak account. Now you can log in with your account details under ‘Login’.
If you already have an account but have forgotten your password, you can simply click on ‘Forgot Password?’ under the login button. You will then need to enter the email address that has been assigned to your account. If an account exists for your email, you should have received an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
